☁ All payments will be made on Stripe in USD.
☁ Commission will start only when payment is given.
☁ All payments are to be given in full. I do not allow partial payments (original song and topline/lyric commissions are exempt from this).REVISIONS
☁ I will only allow up to 3 files worth of critique after sending the first final file. Any more critiques after the 3rd file will result in extra payment.
☁ Please make sure to include as many points as you can if you have multiple concerns.

☁ I have the right to deny a commission.
☁ Unless a hard deadline is given, commissions are not first come first serve.
☁ If a deadline is not given then I will give you an estimated time of delivery. I will contact you ASAP if there are any delays.
☁ All estimated times taken are written in each service description.USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
☁ Unless specified as commercial work, all commissions will be perceived as personal use.
☁ Commercial use applies for any work that will be monetized. For example: streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) Youtube monetization, and/or multiple uses on Twitch or other streaming sites.
☁ In no way do I allow any of my work to be used for NFTs, AI, or other sources of cryptocurrency.
☁ Please credit my work with either my twitter handle or my youtube depending on where you upload.REFUNDS
☁ If I am unable to start a commission, you will receive a full refund
☁ If I am partially done with your commission, you will receive a partial refund.
☁ You will also receive everything I have worked on until the refund.
☁ Refunds are not acceptable after I give you the finished product.

ORIGINAL SONG GUIDELINES
GENERAL
* Topline/Lyrics will be written by me. Production will be done by my friend Spier. You have the option to choose either topline/lyrics done by me, or a whole production with the both of us.
* We have the rights to decline any projects we are uncomfortable or incapable of doing. Please let us know if you have any questions in terms of genre or other ideas!PAYMENTS
* TOPLINE/LYRICS ONLY: Payment can be given to me either in full or with a payment plan.
* ORIGINAL SONG PACKAGE: Payment will be split in half between me and Spier. Payment can either be paid in full or with a payment plan. Spier and I will be sending invoices separately to fight fees.REVISIONS
* Anything within the first couple weeks regarding brainstorming will have an unlimited number of revisions! During the production process, a maximum of 3 major revisions will be allowed (i.e. changing genres, etc.) After the final delivery, a maximum of 3 files worth of revisions will be allowed. Please make sure to put down everything you want changed in one go!
* Lyrics can be revised as many times as necessary throughout the entire production process. That being said please be mindful as to how many revisions you ask for.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
* Turnaround time for an original song from us will take around ~8 weeks! Delays will be communicated ASAP!
* Any clients that want a turnaround time of less than a month will be subjected to a rush fee.WIPs will always be given if asked for! We will make sure to update you as much as we can as well.USE
* All projects that we give you are subjected to personal use! This includes anything you put in your videos, streams, etc. with proper credit!
* Commercial use applies to those who want to upload their song to streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Monetization, etc. We will discuss with the clients about commercial use. Typically we will be looking for a split on royalties, however there is a chance a commercial fee could be added as well.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
* We keep the commercial rights in our projects no matter what, unless stated otherwise in writing.
* We do not allow our music to be put under AI generators or NFTs.REFUNDS

vocal direction
What is vocal direction?
* The act of helping someone improve their vocal ability during recording.
* Sometimes, they sit with the person and give them pointers while recording.
* Basically, a normal recording session except someone will be there to help you if need be.
What are your credentials?
* Graduated with a BA in Vocal Music Education
* Currently in my 3rd year teaching 6 - 12 choir
What is your vocal direction process?
1. DM me asking for availability!
2. We'll schedule a time and day for the two of us to meet through Discord.
3. Client will share recording program and record their takes live. I will be there to give pointers and offer advice on technical points of singing.
What are your rates?
* Rates are $40 USD per hour
* $20 USD is added every 30 minutes after 1st hour (ex. 1.5 hr session = $60 USD)
What should I prepare?
1. Recording DAW opened up with on/off vocal prepared
2. Water!
3. Preferrable to warm up before we start!
