☁ Commission will start only when payment is given.
☁ All payments are to be given in full. I do not allow partial payments.
☁ A 5% sales tax will be added to all commissions to accommodate for fees.REVISIONS
☁ I will only allow up to 3 files worth of critique after sending the first final file. Any more critiques after the 3rd file will result in extra payment.
☁ Because of this, please make sure to include as many points as you can if you have multiple concerns.

☁ I have the right to deny a commission.
☁ Unless a hard deadline is given, commissions are not first come first serve.
☁ If a deadline is not given then I will give you an estimated time of delivery. I will contact you ASAP if there are any delays.

☁ Unless specified as commercial work, all commissions will be perceived as personal use.
☁ Commercial use applies for any work that will be monetized. For example: streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) Youtube monetization, and/or multiple uses on Twitch or other streaming sites.
☁ In no way do I allow any of my work to be used for NFTs or other sources of cryptocurrency.
☁ I also do not allow my work to be used in any form of AI creation.
☁ Please credit my work with either my twitter handle (@kanalias) or my youtube (@kanalias) depending on where you upload.REFUNDS
☁ If I do not start on the commission, you will receive a full refund
☁ If I am partially done with your commission, you will receive a partial refund.
☁ You will also receive everything I have worked on until the refund.
☁ Refunds are not acceptable after I give you the finished product.

TOPLINE/LYRICS GUIDELINES
GENERAL
* I have the right to decline any projects I am uncomfortable or incapable of doing. Please let me know if you have any questions in terms of genre or other ideas!PAYMENTS
Payment can be done two ways:
1. The first 50% of payment can be given to me the moment the commission starts. The last 50% can be given when I am done with the project. In return, I will not provide you the finished product until all payment is given to me in full.
2. Payment can be given to me in full right when the commission starts
* A 5% sales tax will be added to all payments to accommodate for fees.REVISIONS
Revisions of lyrics can be done as many times as necessary throughout the entire commission process. That being said, please be mindful as to how many revisions you ask for.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
* Turnaround time for complete lyrics will take around ~6 - 8 weeks! Delays will be communicated ASAP!
* Any clients that want a turnaround time of less than 3 weeks will be subjected to a rush fee.
* WIPs will always be given if asked for! I'll make sure to update you as much as I can as well.USE
* All lyrics that I give you are subjected to personal use! This includes anything you put in your videos, streams, etc. with proper credit!
* Commercial use applies to those who want to upload their song to streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Monetization, etc.
* I will discuss with the client about commercial use. Typically I will be looking for a split on royalties, however there is a chance a commercial fee could be added as well.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
* I keep the commercial rights in our projects no matter what, unless stated otherwise in writing.
* In no way do I allow my lyrics to be put under AI generators or NFTs.REFUNDS

What is vocal direction?
* The act of helping someone improve their vocal ability during recording.
* Sometimes, they sit with the person and give them pointers while recording.
* Basically, a normal recording session except someone will be there to help you if need be.
What are your credentials?
* Graduated with a BA in Vocal Music Education
* Currently in my 3rd year teaching 6 - 12 choir
What is your vocal direction process?
1. DM me asking for availability!
2. We'll schedule a time and day for the two of us to meet through Discord.
3. Client will share recording program and record their takes live. I will be there to give pointers and offer advice on technical points of singing.
What are your rates?
* Rates are $40 USD per hour
* $20 USD is added every 30 minutes after 1st hour (ex. 1.5 hr session = $60 USD)
What should I prepare?
1. Recording DAW opened up with on/off vocal prepared
2. Water!
3. Preferrable to warm up before we start!
